The CATC-517 Camp was held by the 7-Gujarat Naval Unit, NCC, Veraval, from November 7 to November 16, 2024, in Veraval. A total of 181 cadets from various schools and colleges participated in the event. Led by Lieutenant Commander Akshar Thakkar of the 7-NCC Veraval, the cadets received comprehensive physical training and subject-specific guidance over the course of ten days. Several competitions were conducted during the camp, with Ram Tamanna representing the college in the ship modeling competition and Kabirani Juned securing first place in the drawing competition. On the final day, Shivam Meswania, the college cadet captain, was awarded the Best Cadet Award in the SD category for his outstanding performance throughout the camp. The college's Principal, Dr. Smita B. Chhag, extended her heartfelt congratulations to the cadets and CTO Mr. Milan L. Parmar for the remarkable achievements of the college's students.
