Government Science College, Veraval, celebrated the 80th Independence Day with patriotic spirit and enthusiasm on the college campus on 15 August 2026.
The Flag Hoisting Ceremony was conducted by the respected Principal, Dr. Smita Chhag. The National Flag was ceremoniously hoisted in the presence of teaching and non-teaching staff members and students of the college. This ceremony was coordinated by Dr. Dhananjay Pandya, Har Ghar Tiranga coordinator. The gathering respectfully observed the flag-hoisting ceremony and joined in the rendition of the National Anthem, creating an atmosphere of pride, unity and patriotism. The presence and enthusiastic participation of students and staff made the ceremony meaningful and memorable.
