The Women Development Cell (WDC), Government Science College, Veraval, actively participated in the Hemoglobin Testing Programme organized by the WDC, ICDS Branch, District Panchayat, Gir Somnath, under the Purna Yojana as part of National Nutrition Month 2026.
A total of 35 girl students from Government Science College, Veraval participated in the programme and underwent hemoglobin testing, promoting awareness about women’s health, nutrition, and the importance of maintaining healthy hemoglobin levels.
The programme was coordinated by Dr. M. H. Chauhan, whose guidance supported the active participation of the students.
