A Poster Presentation Competition was organized at Government Science College, Veraval under the celebration of National Nutrition Month 2026 on 22nd September 2026. The activity aimed to create awareness among students about the importance of balanced nutrition, healthy food habits, and the role of proper nutrition in maintaining a healthy lifestyle. A total of 19 students participated enthusiastically in the competition, comprising 12 boys and 7 girls. Students prepared informative and creative posters focusing on various aspects of nutrition and healthy eating habits. the participating students visited the nearest Anganwadi Centre of HUDCO Society. The students displayed their posters and explained the importance of nutritious and balanced food to the children of the Anganwadi in a simple and engaging manner. The event was coordinated by Dr. D. K. Pandya and Dr. M. H. Chauhan with the support of Ms. Khushali Dodiya under the guidance of Dr. Smita Chhag, Principal, Government Science College, Veraval.
